xTool D1 camera mount
thingiverse
This is a camera mount for the xTool D1 that uses bent 1/2" EMT conduit. The frame bracket doesn't need support, but the camera mount does. This is a work in progress and my first post on Thingiverse so bear with me. Please share any feedback on how I can improve the design or get better posting a design. Frame Mount: Print at 0.1mm layer height without support. Remove rear left foot screw with Allen wrench located under rubber cap. Hook bracket onto frame about 1/2" from left edge and slide flush to left edge. Then reinstall foot. Uses M3x10mm fastener and M3 nut to lock EMT conduit from rotating. Camera Mount: Print at 0.1mm layer height with support. It was designed to attach a SVPRO 8MP 2.8-12mm zoom camera that I bought from Amazon (ASIN B08M9F3LK5). Uses M3x14mm fastener and M3 nut to clamp to EMT conduit. Uses (2) 1/4"-20 x 3/8" fasteners to mount camera. Cable Clip: Print at 0.2mm layer height without support. Print as many as needed to attach your camera cable to the EMT Conduit. I made 4. End Cap: Print at 0.1mm layer height without support. Bent EMT conduit: Used 5ft section of 1/2" EMT from Lowes bent with Gardner Bender 960 tubing bender. Update: I just added a hole for the belt tension screw so you can adjust without removing bracket.
