Xtool D1 10w (non pro) 'keep in place' homing jig
thingiverse
Having printed the BusterBeagle3D homing jig, I found that when used on my D1 10W non pro laser, the laser module didn't home on the X (the laser head belt fixings hit the tension block first), so I initially set about a minor redesign and 5 versions later ended up with this significantly different version. This version sits on top of the X gantry and the resister sides are shallow enough so that it doesn't touch the Y frame so can stay in place (no friction when in use). The Y register is 10mm from the back frame; the laser module touches the X register with approx 2mm of max travel left. The design includes cut outs for the steel guide rail and the tension lock screw.
