XTLW3 bed level knob

The XTLW3 kit relies on ordinary screws and nuts to adjust the bed's position, but this setup can be quite uncomfortable. Having previously used manual bed level knobs that don't require tools on my current printer, I came up with a modified design for use with the steel base plate of the XTLW3 printer. I secured the screws to the heated bed using four washers and nuts, then placed the heated bed onto the base plate with springs. Finally, I screwed the bed level knobs directly into the protruding screws, completing the adjustment mechanism.
