Remix the holder so it works on any phone case. Add magnets at the top that can attach to other magnetic mounts. I salvaged magnets from an old air vent mount and attached them to a metal plate inside the phone case. The cover is securely glued in place and serves its purpose well, especially after parking in direct sunlight when the magnets became loose. Despite this, the holder has been in use for about six months without any major issues, even on rough 4x4 roads that would be challenging for most holders. The remix of the base allows the USB cable to fit neatly into a designated slot.
