XT90 & XT90-S Panel Mount

Here is a sturdy XT90 panel mount, perfect for your electronics projects. To assemble this part, simply use a 1" hole saw and M2 fasteners. When printing, set your scale to 100% with the face of the mount facing upwards and enable supports. I've had my share of experience with XT60 panel mounts on various projects, but one incident taught me a valuable lesson: overloading can cause serious damage to the solder joint. Since then, I've been eager to switch to XT90 connectors in the same setup, but finding suitable panel mounts online was a challenge until today. Thanks to my perseverance, I've finally created the XT90 panel mount you see here. I'm thrilled to share it with the community and hope it will be useful for your future projects. Update: after some fine-tuning, I've finalized the design for 2mm fasteners, eliminating the need for nuts altogether. The fitment is now more comfortable, making it easier to assemble. Update: I've added an XT90-S version to the mix, which features a unique design that allows the cable shield to fit snugly within the printed mount. This variant is still a work in progress, but I'm excited to share it with you and gather your feedback.
