XT60 to Yaesu FT817 / FT818 connector
thingiverse
My first project... Remixed 2 exiting projects (see remix list) to fit an XT60 connector to the Yaesu FT817 (and FT817nd / FT818) amateur radio. This allows usage of 3S LiPo or 4S LiFePO4 battery packs without extra cables. Additional components needed: - XT60 male - EDC-6 (DC Cable 1.5m, Yaesu / or similar, sometime also listed as: E-DC-6) - Soldering iron/solder - some drops of super glue or epoxy resin to fix the XT60 in place Check the FT817 powerpole projects for assemble instruction. Optional: + plus indicator on side can be filled with a drop of red paint if desired. Not for commercial use - as this is a remix from a design that prohibits it. Respect the ham spirit please. Find a fellow maker or use a printing service. 73 de Joe, OE5JFE
