XT60 Splitter Box Assembly Instructions. To build this splitter box, you will need to gather the following components: Various M3 screws M3 washers M3 nylon locknuts 1 male XT60 connector (which mates with your battery) 4 female XT60 connectors (identical to those found on your battery) 2 uninsulated solid core copper rods First, secure the XT60 connectors to the case using a strong adhesive. Next, adjust and spin the XT60 contacts so that all the flat sides of their rear faces are perfectly aligned. Then, solder a lengthwise strip along all four XT60s using one of the copper rods. Finally, attach the cover to the box with the necessary hardware.
