XT60 Female Mount V1

This XT60 mount is engineered to firmly hold a female XT60 plug, ideal for use as a detachable connection or charging port in robotics applications. A male XT60 will nest smoothly into place on top. You may need to adjust the cutout to accommodate specific printer precision requirements. Printers with 0.2mm capabilities can utilize perfect press-fit clearance without any adhesive needed. After using one of these mounts in my 30lb combat robot, I discovered that the male connector was prone to popping free under heavy shock loads. This was a rookie mistake, as I initially thought the friction fit was sufficient when the male plug was inserted. A redesign is underway, featuring mechanical interlocks to securely hold the male plug in place. The XT60 Female Mount V2 is scheduled for release soon. I'm also developing a system to secure four low-profile 4mm bullet connectors for a compact, printable removable link system.
