XT60 Cover

XT60 Cover

To easily distinguish between charged and flat batteries in my field bag, I implemented an easy system where I cap the batteries when they're fully charged and leave them uncapped after use. I tested this cover on various batteries and found that, despite some variations in XT60 connector size due to high-temperature soldering or manufacturing differences from Hobby King, the fit was generally snug. For added convenience, I included a hole at the base of the cover, which can be used with a small screwdriver or Allen key to push the connector out if it gets stuck. To create these covers, print one design first and ensure it fits your batteries before printing the remaining 10 in batches of 10.
