XT60 Connector Caps Male and Female

We required matching XT60 covers for both parts of the connector pair to maintain clean connections in extreme conditions such as equipment washing - all available covers were designed for female connectors and only a few worked with male connectors due to varying styles. As a result, we created our own identical pair. This OpenSCAD file also offers a basic model of the XT60 male and female connectors that can be useful when modeling anything needing to accommodate an XT60 connector. We print our covers using TPU for flexible seals with a good seal quality. It may be necessary to adjust your printing settings to achieve a proper fit. For instance, in Cura, use the 'horizontal expansion' setting to fine-tune the fit.
