I attempted a few of the XT30 caps from Thingiverse, but every single one I tried was extremely thin-walled and prone to layer separation. They wouldn't even make it long term on actual batteries, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I designed my own straight-edged caps with thick enough walls to withstand normal use. They fit snugly onto the plug without being too tight, requiring minimal effort to remove them. I printed mine using cheap, flexible filament from HobbyKing that proved to be a cost-effective solution.
