XSR-E Mount for RakonHeli 66mm Brushless Whoop

thingiverse

This design was specifically created for the RakonHeli 66mm brushless whoop and XSR-E SBUS receiver. A super clean build without components being stuck together by glue is what I aimed to achieve. This design slip-fits over the RakonHeli provided standoffs, allowing you to mount using the mfg. hardware. The bolt pattern for the XSR-E is 15x15mm, which differs by 1mm compared to the 16x16mm FC/ESC stacks. Some tips to keep in mind: -The model can be oriented as-is or rotated 180 degrees on the X-axis. Depending on the orientation, you may have to add additional supports. -Make sure that you print with a layer height between .1-.15mm. The smaller the better. -Use supports that fill at least 50% of the supported area. -Use any type of flexible filament (TPU, Ninjaflex, etc). -Use slower than usual print speeds. This was printed at 2200mm/min X/Y access, with 1200mm/min on the Z. If there are any questions or comments, leave them below and I'll get back to you. I can print and mail for a small fee. Send a message if interested.
