Xreal Air right arm extension
thingiverse
I've recently bought Xreal Air glasses and found them to be extremely uncomfortable on the right side (but were ok on the left side where the cable attaches). Some experimentation later has revealed that extending the arms by a bit causes the force to spread more evenly across the head instead of creating a single contact point. This is a simple 3D printable extension that makes the Airs a lot more comfortable for me. Print this using flexible TPU filament. The result will be fairly hard, but still a bit flexible. Afterwards simply push it on the right arm of the Airs and enjoy. The fit should be fairly loose (but should stay on there by itself).
