Battery Retainer Upgrade for Xray X1 Formula Car. This upgrade is specifically designed for 2017 models of the Xray X1 and may also fit 2018 models, although it has not been tested thoroughly. The retainer replaces the existing L-shaped battery bracket and features an O-ring hook that attaches to the rear brace. To secure it in place, you will need to drill a precise Ø3 mm hole into the brace. To complete the installation, you may require two M3x6 screws for the retainer and an additional O-ring approximately 80x1.5 mm in size. The design of this upgrade allows you to slide the battery into position from the side without having to remove the shock absorber, offering a convenient and efficient solution.
