UPDATE June 2019: The part fits nicely into place, but when printed with regular PLA filament, it tends to snap or break upon any hard crash. To avoid this issue, I recommend using a different type of plastic than regular PLA for the infill. As noted earlier, the standard Xray-part remains stronger. I plan to test some prints made from TPU or nylon and will provide updates accordingly. A simple reproduction of the front bumper is what I've created here. Unfortunately, I damaged my original Xray XB4 bumper and thought it would be a great opportunity to reprint one in my favorite color. This design still requires testing, but once I've had a chance to put it through its paces, I'll post some photos for your reference. UPDATE 19/06/13: After making some adjustments to the dimensions, this part now fits perfectly into place. However, I do think that it might be slightly too bulky compared to the original bumper - perhaps slimming it down a bit in the future could help improve its overall design.
