I design and build waterproof switch mounts that fit perfectly on 1 1/8" bars, allowing for easy installation of essential components like switches. I chose a DPDT switch as an interlock override for off-road and emergency situations, while the SPST switch gives me the flexibility to select from various ignition curves using my Ignitech programmable ignition system. When creating the design featured in the photos, I overlooked rounding the curves at the back of the plate; however, this has been rectified in my updated designs, which are now available for download. I may consider sharing modified versions of these designs tailored to different clamping configurations as long as they align with the original concept. Keep in mind that I've used the 3-hole version without any issues for months before switching to the 2-hole design to enhance accessibility to the ignition switch. Key specifications include a minimum distance of 58mm between clamps, covering outer clamp edges up to 118mm, and ensuring at least 8mm clearance between bars and the top of the clamps.
