The red front brake clamp on my cr500 broke, so I designed and manufactured one. Since installing this fabricated piece, I have navigated through some really harsh terrain at high and low speeds and it has performed fantastically. Print Settings Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 90 Notes: Firstly, Scale the model by 30.5 times, then use 100% infill and 0.20 layer height because it's ideal for the strongest print of this design Post-Manufacturing Installation This fits on just like the original but with the use of 4 zip ties, as the abs i used was not flexible enough to fit around the frame
