I would advise you to print this as shown in the third picture and gluing or better welding the two pices togehther. (so you dont have to use supports) You can also align both pieces on your charger and use double sided tape to tape the parts individually on the prefered surface. there is also a full version, wich you can Print in one go or cut it however you want.
