EDIT: 18/06/2016 In response to a comment, I've uploaded a thicker back - 0.5mm thicker than the original. It should please those who were struggling with it earlier. I also uploaded the original .blend file if anyone wants to thoroughly redesign it. My current work-in-progress design for a Z5 Compact case is simple and practical, but it requires additional supports for the power/volume/camera button openings. It's still a work in progress until I'm sure the phone can't come loose from the case. I printed my latest version using Polyflex, and it has a tiny bit of looseness to it. However, the rubbery texture prevents it from slipping off easily. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: KosselMini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: The slicer may get a little wonky around the bevelled edges near the power button. However, the design needs this bevel if you want to properly reach the fingerprint scanner built-into the button. I'm still fine-tuning my printer, so if your case is a bit loose in the phone, please let me know so I can adjust the design until I've gotten my printer to print correctly. You may need a brim to keep the corners from peeling off, depending on your printer.
