Xperia XA1 Ultra Phone Case

Xperia XA1 Ultra Phone Case

I wanted a phone case that truly reflected my personality. So, I designed one from scratch using SolidWorks, drawing inspiration from an old Otterbox case I had for my Galaxy phone. The materials I chose are 3D Solutech black PLA, which is top-notch stuff, and Red TPU from YOYI - a surprisingly great value. I was initially worried that the overlaps might not hold the phone in place, but rest assured, it fits perfectly. I'm confident that different types of TPU may be softer, yet they'll still provide an excellent grip. To avoid printing with supports, I added thin double-walled cutouts for all necessary openings. However, I did notice that the headphone jack cutout could be enlarged to accommodate larger plugs - a simple fix after printing. In retrospect, I made some adjustments during the design process. Specifically, the camera and flash cutout in my uploaded file differs from my original photos. After printing, I thought it would be better to reprint with more space around the flash. If you've printed this case and loved it, consider tossing a tip my way - I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for taking a look!
