XP Deus WS4 Headphones

If you have an XP Deus with WS4, you probably know that the headphone plastic is excessively flimsy. This headphone is an alternative option. To modify your current headphones, you will need to acquire four M3x12 or 15 bolts along with their corresponding M3 nuts. Additionally, a drill bit of 3.3mm and one of 2.5mm will be required. Furthermore, four 3mm screws are necessary for the project. For printing, set your settings to 100% infill using PLA, with layers at 0.2mm thickness. People who experience flappy ears can adjust the angle by rotating the pins on the brackets. The current angle is approximately ten degrees, and this modification is facilitated by a thicker WS4 part containing the buttons located for the right ear. The thin wire was cut in half, and then soldered back together to function properly. The rubber of the ear cups will fit snugly into the caps provided. In the first photograph, you can see me wearing the prototype; however, at that time I didn't have either the left or right cup. As a result, I made an error by drilling small holes in them. I would advise against this for your project, as it could cause damage to your WS4 headphones. Instead, create the cups separately to ensure their integrity. I use these headphones regularly now, and I must say they have been a significant improvement over my original set.
