XO Bed Leveling Assist

<p>I designed this bed leveling guide in response to the one I have been using for while now which was just squares inside of squares. Overall, it worked OK, but if you were adjusting the bed height on the fly like I do, you end up making adjustments while the nozzle is moving away from you, and this makes it hard to judge your changes until it comes all the way around.</p> <p>With the small circles in the corners, you can see very quickly how any adjustments take, and then have a few extra passes just to make sure. The centered X also points right to the likely location of the middle of your next print, just to make sure that everything is good to go.</p> <p>This is designed with my Wanhao (Maker Select) i3 in mind, so the overall dimensions are about 190mm square.</p> Category: 3D Printing Tests
