I wanted hardcase Li-Po batteries and they always seemed a tad too tall. The tested hardcase lipos I used were SMC 4-cell hardcase 8000mah 120C batteries. These holders increased the bar by 2.5mm, allowing a 0.5mm gap between the bar and battery. I suggested adding a foam strip to help with sudden impacts that could crush the case caused by pressure from the bar and case.
