Xmas Tree Leg
thingiverse
My friend's daughter had a real crisis on her hands when she broke the legs off her beloved Christmas tree, a 24-incher that had been faithfully serving her for years. She couldn't bear the thought of parting with it, so I took matters into my own hands and set out to save the day. First things first, I carefully measured and documented the design of the old legs, making sure to capture every detail. Then, I fired up my 3D printer and got to work on creating some brand new replacements. It was a labor of love, but one that would ultimately pay off in spades. As it turns out, salvaging Christmas trees from the landfill is a noble cause indeed, and I'm thrilled to have been able to help. Who knows how many more trees will be saved thanks to my quick thinking? The possibilities are endless, and I couldn't be prouder of what we've accomplished together!
