Xmas Tree Cufflinks & Shirt Studs

Experience an extraordinary event at our formal office party wearing Tux kit! The cufflinks were a big hit as everyone eagerly waited for them to be printed. Printing the STL sized for standard dress shirt studs, I scaled them up to 170% using Replicator 2 software. To ensure proper fitting, I used 100% infill for studs and 70% for cufflinks. The printing was done at a temperature of 235 degrees extrude. For an attractive finish, remember to print with the tree facing upward, which may require raft and supports, especially for the cufflinks. However, it was challenging to remove supports from shirt studs, resulting in a yield of around 60%. The Unipaint marker pen, my favorite coloring tool, provided an even, quick-drying oil-based paint application compared to water-based acrylic. A photo demonstrates the result.
