Additionally, the tree topper can be bought here: https://www.shapeways.com/model/1455857/mini-tree-topper.html?li=my-models&materialId=28 using Shapeways' 2D to 3D app, but printing it in aluminide doesn't work. The tree was made using Shapeways' Skep maker tool.
