I tweaked the "fan duct" design to make installation a breeze, and now there's only two bottom screw mounts left to deal with. I also wanted to eliminate those tiny hex nuts on the back, so the holes are 2.6mm in diameter in the model and I used a 3mm thread cutter to smooth them out. The two holes are tilted by 1.5° for a reason - it's supposed to press the upper part of the duct against the fan to counter any gaps that might form. I'd like to give a shoutout to dulfe for coming up with the original design: Lorei Filament Cooler by dulfe (http://www.thingiverse.com/dulfe). It was published on February 13, 2017, and you can check it out here (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2106906). Here are my print settings: Printer: XMachines Lorei DUO Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 200µ Infill: 25% Notes: Print the design with the flat surface on the bed, and support is optional but might give you a nicer finish on the inside. I recommend printing four outer shells because of the thread cutting needed to make the original 3mm screws fit. And because of the higher temps, I wouldn't recommend PLA - ABS works fine for me.
