XLAB Versa Wedge Mount
thingiverse
I use an XLAB Versa 200 for hydration on my triathlon bike. The water bottle often sits at the back of the container where the straw can't reach it due to pitched aerobars, so I'd refill halfway through the bottle. To fix this issue, I designed a mount that adjusts for pitch and brings the baseplate to level. This design also provides improved aerodynamics compared to pitching up the baseplate. The 15-degree mount is my preferred option but I've included a 20-degree version as well. Adjusting it to any angle is relatively easy. I've shared the original Solidworks files so others can make adjustments if needed. If someone requires a specific angle and doesn't know how to modify it, they're welcome to ask in the comments and I'll add the file. Additional details: These mounts are designed with 4.8mm through holes for 5mm mounting screws. To secure them, I used two stainless steel machine screws (each accompanied by one washer) for each mount, although a single screw might suffice. A 3/16" drill bit was used to clear out the support material in each hole.
