I know there are a ton of XL6009 Boost Buck converter models out there already, but none matched the QSKJ one I got off Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081YM993ZThis is a QSKJ model: QS-1212CBDE-20WI based the model on the one on this site done by Jesper Nygaard Sørensen (thanks for the great start), only with the QSKJ PCB size and hole spacing updated. It's missing some smaller SMT parts, but the holes, module thickness, and placement of the potentiometer should be accurate enough to build a tight case around it.
