X-Axis Tensioner was woefully inadequate and belt springs couldn't provide enough tension so I designed this tensioning system. It fits quite tightly onto the extrusion, allowing for .2mm clearance on each side. BOM: Existing bearings 2- M5x30mm hex head bolts - One less bolt and a shorter length would be acceptable 3- M5 nuts 1 X-Tensioner.stl Optional: X-Tensioner Handle.stl 1- M5 nut - secures the handle to the bolt Printed without any support - the first layer after the nut slot had some minor stringing in the hole, but the bolt easily pushed it aside.
