D2 comes equipped with self-replication capabilities, allowing it to print most of its own parts remotely. Double spray printing enables rapid assembly and precise machine construction. Debugging is simplified with the use of 2020 GB aluminum and printed plastic components for the body bracket. For a single machine, upgrading to double nozzles can significantly improve performance. The Z-axis platform is designed using acrylic with a thickness of 5mm (packaged with detailed drawings). When using a single injection machine, mounting holes can be left by upgrading to a CNC laser. It's recommended to use Cura for model slicing. The platform does not come equipped with a hotbed; however, it can be upgraded later on. Additionally, the printer can be used in conjunction with frosted glass and 190 light oil or affixed with crepe paper directly onto the platform. If you decide to add a hotbed, you will need a high-power power supply – without a hotbed, a laptop power supply is highly recommended. When purchasing the XYZ-axis motor, please refer to the purchase accessories list for guidance. For small prints, it's suggested to use high wall thickness and low filling rates. Most printer machines come with matching mainboards (y-axis reversed), and it's recommended to use Ramps 1.4. The default display on the machine is an LCD12864 (LCD box bracket). When assembling the machine, pay special attention to installation order 10, especially when installing the GB aluminum nut – it should be placed first! If possible, spray aluminum parts can be tapped with a 6mm hole vertically.
