Rev A marked the initial release, while rev B addressed the need for side support material. Further refinements included fixing a 0.6mm offset of front holes, increasing corner screw holes to 3.7mm and making the base slightly larger to accommodate the bigger screw holes in rev C. Rev D brought a better match with ZMR mount holes, placing them at 34mm center-to-center on the rear and 32mm on the front. Print settings followed these guidelines: rafts didn't matter much; supports were indeed yes; resolution came in at 0.3mm and infill was quite heavy.
