Xiaomi Yi mount for Walkera G-2D

A completely new mount for the Xiaomi Yi on the Walkera G-2D is finally available! The camera is now flipped so that it can be used for FPV, just like in the photos, but unfortunately, the cables are not accessible. Quick install guide below: Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: These settings work the best I've found so far. Post-Printing Step 1 Remove the original mount from the gimbal. Then open the Gyroscope case and unsolder the 4 wires, making sure to mark where they go (I personally used colored tape on the wires and a sharpie on the PCB). Then you can remove the wires from the original mount. Step 2 Re-solder the wires in their proper places, using hot glue to prevent short circuits. Remove the support material from the 3D printed mount. Put the Gyroscope back into its case and screw on the original cap. Screw the new mount onto the metal thingy of the gimbal. Step 3 Secure the camera with the lens clamp using 3mm screws and bolts. Step 4 Enjoy your newly modified device!
