Xiaomi Yi and FPV cam tilt mount for flying wings
thingiverse
This mounting system allows you to attach both a Xiaomi Yi camera and a micro FPV camera to a flying wing with adjustable angles. Both cameras can be positioned at various angles, but the Yi's angle can only be tilted forward. M3 bolts go directly through holes in the mount plate and into the Yi case, which must be made from TPU or similar flexible filament. To adjust the Yi's angle forward, use a higher set of holes on the rear. The Yi case holds firmly even when upside down, but add a rubber band or thin velcro strap for extra security. The FPV camera is attached to the forward post and can be tilted either forward or backward. A mount for the micro 170-degree camera sold by Banggood is also included. This mount is a minor adaptation of one created by Arovillard. You may use his original design or another variation. For reference, the following camera fits the FPV camera mount: http://www.banggood.com/600TVL-8_0MP-14-2_8mm-CMOS-FPV-170-Degree-Wide-Anlge-Lens-Camera-PALNTSC-p-984345.html Required for assembly: * 5 M3 bolts * 1 M3 nut (preferably nyloc) Print Settings: * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: .2mm * Infill: 70% * Notes: + Print the Yi case from TPU or similar flexible filament. The case needs to be flexible for the camera and bolt threads. + Print the mount plate and micro camera mount from PETG or a similar material. PLA can also be used, but the plate is more prone to breaking in a crash.
