I created a custom holder for my Xiaomi YI 4K action cam's batteries, ensuring seamless insertion. The batteries glide smoothly into place and the top section snaps securely to hold them firmly in position. Printing it with PETG or ABS would be an excellent choice due to their strong yet slightly flexible properties. There are two ways to insert the batteries, allowing users to differentiate between full and empty batteries based on how they're inserted. To remove the batteries, simply pull back the latch and gently push them out from the bottom, where a cutout provides easy access. This holder is compatible with the standard YI 4K, YI 4K+, Lite, and Yi 360 VR battery types. The design was inspired by RodLaid's Sony battery holder (thing: 1094889), which served as a valuable reference point for my creation.
