Xiaomi Vacuum Bot Bumper Bottom

After our Xiaomi Vacuum bot tumbled down the stairs, the hinge of the lid and this crucial component on the bottom of the bumper snapped in two. With a remarkable 80% of the part still intact, I was able to rebuild it from scratch using Fusion360. The end result is strikingly similar to the original part, and it fit perfectly onto my robot without requiring any adjustments whatsoever. This iteration marks probably the fourth attempt at creating this component, as simpler designs kept causing the bumper to jam or malfunction in some way. Those tiny ridges, hooks, and nooks play a vital role in the overall functionality of the design. To print out the new part with confidence, I recommend using supports and moving at a slow pace.
