The Xiaomi Roomba is an awesome device. However, what's always bugged me is that you have to plug in the charging cable by hand. First off, I built a wall mount for the vacuum cleaner. It has nothing to do with the charging function and can be used without any other components. The goal was to hang the vacuum on the wall instead of leaving it standing on the floor. My support and the original magnet holder do an excellent job of this. The objective of the construction was not to damage the vacuum itself. So, a part for the wall has been created that simply clips over the original magnetic holder from Xiaomi. And at the vacuum itself, a kind of shell has emerged that hides the cable piece and provides access to the contacts. Since I couldn't find an alternative power supply, I had to cut the original cable. The connection of the cables to the neodymium magnets is a bit fiddly, but doable. I fixed the magnets with instant glue. When connecting the cable, pay attention to the correct polarity; if it's reversed, you'll get sparks! Everything was printed on an Ender2 with a layer height of 0.2mm and an infill of 20%. Feel free to replicate this, but please do so at your own risk. I accept no liability for any damage to the device. The device itself is not altered, but you do have to cut the cable from the power supply; if you don't want to do that, just leave it alone!
