I'm assembling my own rear light... So I designed it from scratch. I'm printing it using black and clear PLA, but it would be better if I printed it in black and clear red PETG. To make this work, you'll need a small piece of circuit board (5x10mm), two SMD LEDs, and some wires. First, assemble the wire and LED components. Next, print the parts. For the top part, use a circular filling for better results. Then, insert two self-tapping nuts into the bottom - M3 nuts will work perfectly. Now, pull the wire through the center hole and secure the board with a drop of super glue. After that, install the flashlight in the wing and hold it in place with M3x10 hex screws. Finally, apply silicone clear sealant to the edge of the upper part and attach it to the lower part. Once the sealant is dry, you're ready to ride with your new bright light!
