Rear Wing Support for Xiaomi MiJia M365 Scooter This item is currently in the testing phase. The frame was designed to eliminate vibrations that occur when the scooter moves on a bumpy surface. However, this design is not intended to withstand the weight of an adult or child's foot, nor is it designed to take on the load of falling foreign objects on the wing. It also does not provide protection in the event of an accident. 1) Print out the details. 2) Remove the wing. 3) Print the pattern from PDF to A4 sheet and bend a bicycle spoke with a diameter of 2 mm. *Number 1: The bending angle should be as precise as possible. Use a vise and hammer to bend it. Cut off any excess with side cutters, first making a deep groove in the circle and then breaking it off and filing it down.* *Number 2: A better bending angle is closer to 180 degrees (straight). The length of the tip should not exceed 6-7 mm.* 4) Prepare all the parts. *Carefully drill out the holes with a 2 mm drill bit, but do not enlarge them.* *Sand and degrease.* 5) Sand and degrease the inside of the scooter wing. 6) Glue two lugs to the scooter wing using instant glue - gel. 7) Screw the workpiece made from bicycle spokes into place. 8) Press the workpiece into the holes of the lugs using pliers. 9) Mount the wing with the workpiece installed in the lugs. 10) Level the legs and mark the place where they will be glued to the scooter's frame. 11) Sand, degrease the frame, and glue the legs. If everything was done correctly, the spoke should have a very tight fit in the ears. Do not use cheap instant glue or fake versions, as this may cause the fixing points to tear off. This design is not developed by the scooter's manufacturer and is not an integral part of the scooter that needs to be installed. Remember, it's your scooter, so don't go crazy with modifications, and you'll have no one to blame but yourself if something goes wrong.
