To print this piece, you must use TPU, its a flexible material that stiffens the joint to avoid slack on the skate. You should try the different thicknesses until you find the one that allows you to close the latch easily and hold the two parts without gaps at the same time. (0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8) I currently use the 0.7 spacer.
