I recently added a projector to my basement and wanted a way to store the remote without risking its loss. A wall mount was the obvious solution, but I rent, so I try to avoid drilling holes in the walls whenever possible. This led me to create this simple holder. This holder is basic, yet functional, with a flat and smooth back that should work perfectly with command strips. It also has enough clearance for easy removal of the remote without fingers hitting the wall - at least, not mine. I own only one Xiaomi product, so I'm unsure if they use the same remote across multiple products. To provide more context, here are the dimensions of the remote: Length: 5.9 inches Width: 1.46 inches Height: 0.53 inches The remote is rounded in shape, similar to the Apple TV Remote.
