I lost my Mi Band 5 in a paper-truck because the band got loose. This little clip prevents te band from getting loose from your arm. It stays on the band all the time, so trie if you get the band from your wrist without detaching the clip (I can). Usage: Slide the clip on the top of the band, so you don't feel it on your wrist.
