I updated the Model of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2572940. I redesigned it for use with an allen screw that has a head diameter of 5.0mm and a thickness of 3.2mm, as well as a rest diameter of 2.8mm and a length of 5.5mm. The adapter is from DE-PA brand, which was provided by Hepsiburada with the Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone. You can also redesign the adapter part if you prefer. Solidworks files are included for your convenience, or you can use Joorge's part, which fits perfectly with my model too. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and enjoy using this updated model.
