I'm creating a safeguard for the rear brake system on my Xiaomi M365 scooter. Unfortunately, my wife suffered a severe injury when the rear brake suddenly kicked into gear and struck her leg while she was riding up a steep incline. This accident prompted me to design a protection mechanism that could prevent similar incidents in the future. The shield is printed flat with internal supports for the holes using ABS plastic, and PLA works just as well. I'm printing it on my Anycubic i3 Mega 3D printer. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome.
