Printed the original design in 30% PETG, which promptly broke near the wheel screws. Reprinted in TPU and found it had too much flexibility. Retried printing in 100% PETG, only to see it last significantly longer but still snap at the same weak point as before. Notably, both versions failed when attempting to jump over curbs. This upgraded design addresses past shortcomings with reinforced features. The hole diameter of the wheel screw has been reduced to increase overall thickness and durability. Additionally, a protective covering now envelops the front section, while thicker joints connect the main body to the arms. A cross support within the body itself provides further stability. To eliminate potential weak spots, unnecessary text has been removed from the interior.
