I crafted a novel hinge inlay, secured firmly by the hinge screw, rendering lost parts a thing of the past. Begin with 0.4. As the hinge relaxes over time, increment values accordingly. Warning: Never force the closing lever! It should move effortlessly or risk breaking during drive. To install, open the hinge and remove the outward-facing hex screw. Rotate away the bolt within, then slide the inlay into position behind it. The OpenSCAD file is attached for personalization and customization.
