I designed this to resolve an issue that arose when I accidentally stripped one of the screw heads. As a result, I needed a way to secure the mudguard in place using only one screw. It also provides a convenient system for organizing the cables behind the light. Additionally, one of the two parts can be used separately for cable management while preserving the original screws.
