I'm a member of a Facebook/Telegram group for scooter Xiaomi m365 optimization. I've created this expanded plate model, measuring 20x10 cm or 16x7.5 cm, equipped with collar clamps that integrate into the frame between the front fork and deck to add a box or rigid bag by pinching it with internal elements, or using your bag's straps. To assemble: - 4 M5 x 60-70 mm screws (depending on box thickness) with hexagonal head or countersink, along with associated bolts (M5 x 30 mm without parts for pinching), for version 2.2. - 4 M5x30mm screws with hexagonal head, 4 M5x20mm spacers and 4 M5x20mm screws with hexagonal head or countersink, depending on chosen counter plate, for version 2.3. Version 1: thanks to early users' feedback, which led to: - creating a 160x75 cm version for smaller bags. - adding a sticker or screw-on support with the Mijia logo. - correcting collar width by 1 mm for better frame fit. - decentring the plate by 200x100 cm and moving it up about 2 cm. - adapting plates to avoid cable exit interference. Version 2: optimization - STL corrections for slicer compatibility (face adjustments and positioning). - modifying the collar to widen fragile areas and accommodate scratch bands or added straps. - introducing a print suggestion entering on a 21x21 cm plate for both proposed 200x100 cm and 165x75 cm plates, with or without clamping plates. Version 2.1: correction - correcting the collar based on impression issue feedback. Version 2.2: - light interior collar expansion (1 mm) to reduce frame-related constraints. - removing previous Thingiverse versions. - adding a version of the collar for countersink heads created by another printer, which couldn't find long enough hexagonal heads to pinch the plate. Version 2.3: - complete vising modification using spacers and screws instead of bolts: - screwing the collar onto the frame first, then the counter plate into the spacer (leaving the option to add the counter plate later without changing the hardware). - concealing as much of the hardware as possible. - shifting bolt axes 3 mm inward for increased exterior edge solidness (one case with insufficient filling). - adding grips on the counter plate for better pincing of internal bag fillings. - introducing two versions of plates: one adapted with hexagonal heads and another with countersink heads, reducing counter plate thickness by a few millimeters.
