I'm part of a Xiaomi m365 scooter optimization group on Telegram. I used an existing cover model found on the platform to design two frames that can raise the battery compartment by 6mm or 10mm. This allows users to upgrade their existing battery or replace it with a new one, such as a 10s4p, 12s3p, or 12s4p setup. The designs are available in STL format for printing with PLA or ABS materials and a minimum filling of 80%. I've also included two pre-made stl files for easier printing. To assemble the parts, users need to glue them together using epoxy after doing a dry run with the lid. If the print quality is average, holes may need to be enlarged for proper assembly. I welcome any feedback or suggestions from group members to improve and adapt the design as needed. Version 1.1 of the design has been updated based on user feedback: * The external perimeter has been removed to prevent it from pinching the existing deck. * The internal perimeter has been reduced to only include straight lines that allow for easy assembly. * The dimensions of the lid have been corrected, using 4mm/10mm instead of 5mm/8mm as in the previous STL file I used without verifying the measurements. * A slight increase in thickness of the external perimeter protecting the lid has been added. This is a work-in-progress design since I haven't printed it yet and don't currently need it.
