Here is an opensource high quality custom internal battery for Xiaomi M365/1S/Essential/3 e-scooters. The battery multiplies your scooter range by x2.5 and speed by x1.3. For example, if your current range is 15km, it will become 37km. If your current top speed is 30 km/h, it will become 39km/h. The battery is almost plug and play, except the following: +The scooter must be flashed by a custom firmware to allow using higher voltage batteries +You need a new 48V charger +The scooter body must be extended by about 25mm spacer. You can find the spacer in my designs. Printing guide: Step 1. Please remember that 21700 cells diameter is not exactly 21mm. It varies from 21mm to 22mm depending on the cell brand and model. That's why you have to print models "cells_diameter_tester_22.stl" and "cells_diameter_tester_21_5.stl" first, to find out which diameter is more suitable for the cells you are going to use. Step 2. If "cells_diameter_tester_21_5.stl" was better for your cells, then print the following parts: "13s3p_21700_body_21_5" - 1 piece "13s3p_21700_side_cover_21_5" - two pieces Otherwise, if "cells_diameter_tester_22.stl" was better for your cells, then print the following parts: "13s3p_21700_body_22" - 1 piece "13s3p_21700_side_cover_22" - two pieces Step 3. Print this part(it does not depend on cells diameter): "13s3p_21700_front_cover" Step 4.
